T4000 Max introduces faster test speed
Semitronix has unveiled the T4000 Max tester with 100-pin parallel measurement capability. The tester can meet the customer needs of multiple test items and higher test efficiencies. T4000 Max expands the tester series and marks another achievement of Semitronix in the development of cutting-edge parametric test equipment.

T4000 Max series adopts a self-developed and high-performance switch matrix architecture, and features high precision, high speed, and flexible configuration. T4000 Max series is suitable for a variety of test scenarios, including process R&D, wafer-level reliability (WLR) testing, and WAT for mass production.
Equipped with 100 measurement pins, T4000 Max supports parallel test of multiple modules. For example, T4000 Max supports parallel test of 4 modules with each module consisting of 24 pads. The test equipment supports parallel test for most chip layouts.
